Hello,

We are Rob and Lavina Entel, a husband and wife team, both licensed Brokers in the State of Washington.  We are proud to be affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services First Look Real Estate in Spokane, Washington.  We bring to our clients a combined 17 years in the real estate industry working with residential buying and selling. 

It’s valuable to note that we are also licensed general contractors with a specialty in interior and exterior painting (Mr. Rob’s Painting, LLC) and can offer a variety of helpful skills and guidance for the home buyer and seller.

Together we enjoy working with clients to find the ideal home for them and especially helping the first-time homebuyer through the thrills and challenges of getting into their first house.  We also enjoy working with sellers, offering guidance for getting their homes sold, knowing we will treat their home as if it were our own.  We take pride in our attention to detail in a transaction and making ourselves available to our clients when the need arises. 

Away from the office we enjoy skiing in the winter and gardening in the summer, among other things.  And we always enjoy the time we can spend with family and friends.
